You can ask us to delete your account and the personal data we hold about you. The process is the same no matter which sign-in provider you used.
How to request deletion
Send an email to support@competewithme.io from the same email address linked to your Compete With Me account. Use the subject line Account deletion and tell us you want your account and data removed.
We may ask you to confirm your identity before we process the request. When the app offers in-app account deletion, you may use that instead; it follows the same deletion process described on this page.
What we delete
After we confirm your request, we delete your profile and personal information, competition memberships, submissions, and associated photos from our systems, as described in our Privacy Policy. Some information may be retained in anonymised form where needed so other users’ history stays consistent, or where the law requires retention.
How long it takes
We aim to complete deletion within 30 days of verifying your request.
